TAIAFolio

A clearer basis.
Within reach.

Public regulatory reading and personal decision preparation, on your phone. Explore the source, its context and its limits before the institutional decision begins.

The professional job

Know what changed, what it affects, and what supports the answer — before you are asked.

A rule moves. A circular is published. Somebody will ask what it means for your work, and the honest answer has a shape: what the source says, when it said it, what it does not cover, and where your own judgement begins.

Two separate lanes

One reads the rule. One explains TAIA.

Regulatory reading

Public sources — FINMA, Fedlex, EU material — with their authority, their dates and their conflicts kept visible. Quotation is sourced; full texts are not republished.

Public material only.

The TAIA Advisor

A separate conversation about TAIA's ideas and mechanisms, drawn from TAIA's own published material. It says what it is in its first sentence and carries a permanent label.

An AI persona, not a licensed adviser.

What an answer carries

Eight layers, every time.

Folio's response contract is fixed. A short answer without its basis is not a shorter answer; it is a different product.

  1. 01

    The direct answer.

  2. 02

Applicability, and the scope questions that remain open.

  3. 03

    Operational impact.

  4. 04

Regulation to obligation to process to control to evidence.

  5. 05

Consequences, separated into statutory, supervisory and operational.

  6. 06

Sources, authority, dates, conflicts and missing evidence.

  7. 07

A claim-level receipt, including what could not be executed.

  8. 08

    The accountable human decision boundary.

The boundary

What Folio does not take, and does not do.

It does not take your institution's files

Internal policy, committee material and team interpretation belong to Atelier, with an explicit handoff. Client, transaction and decision records are never accepted here.

It prepares; it does not decide

Folio is not a legal adviser, not a regulatory approval, and not an autonomous decision maker. The authorised human owns the decision and the record says so.

It shows its own red

Retrieval and answer quality remain independently unvalidated. Where an answer is partial, Folio says which part is missing rather than closing the gap with fluent prose.

Where it stands

Coming soon.
Described honestly until then.

Folio is in build. This page carries no download, no waiting list and no release date — when there is something to open, it will be here.
